El modelado tridimensional permite la obtención de imágenes infográficas para una total comprensión del aspecto final del producto, sin existir físicamente el producto ni el prototipo, con la posibilidad de aplicar diferentes texturas y acabados.
Una vez aprobado el producto, se procede a la realización de los planos técnicos necesarios para la fabricación del mismo.
